On 18^th April in the territory of Gauja NP many joint works were organized. A lot of areas were cleaned from the rubbish.

The surroundings of Gūtmaņa Cave were cleaned by the employees of Gauja NP administration. Surroundings of Lakstīgalas ravine and Gauja River valley were cleaned by the local people. Also the Gauja National Park Junior Rangers (active young people who care about nature) and their superiors together with the local people cleaned the surroundings of Paradise hill and Kraukļa ravine. The Junior Ranger clean-up was organized within the Estonian - Latvian cooperation program’s project “Back to nature”.

In total more than 38 bags of vaste were collected.
